Using radiation in Australia is regulated by the Commonwealth, State and Territory governments and medical radiation practitioners are often required to hold a specific license to use radiation for a particular scope of practice.
The new web page provides information to practitioners about their obligations when practicing and provides contact details for the Commonwealth State and Territory bodies responsible for regulating radiation use.
