Expressions of interest for appointment to the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia

15 Jan 2021

Expressions of interest are now sought for registered medical radiation practitioners from Tasmania for appointment to the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia. More information about the role, eligibility requirements and the application process is included in the Information guide.

Please register your interest via email to statutoryappointments@ahpra.gov.au.

Ahpra is committed to increasing diversity and social inclusion on National Boards. Applications are encouraged from people with a disability, people who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, LGBTQI and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.

Visit the Board member recruitment page to watch a video compilation from two recent Q&A webinar sessions, featuring current Board members discussing what is involved and what life is like as a board member.

All appointments are made by the Health Council (the Ministerial Council) per the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, as in force in each state and territory (the National Law).

Note:

  • Practitioner members - state or territory eligibility requirements apply. If a state or territory is not included in this round it is because a member from this state is already appointed to serve a current term on the National Board.
